Cave Instructor Natalie Gibb hovers under one of her favorite types of cave formations — a “mushroom.” These formations have a rounded, mushroom-like shape and occasionally hang over the cave line, allowing for fantastic cave diving images like this one, in Cenote Nahoch Nah Chich of Sistema Sac Aktun. This formation is located on an upstream jump line, and is accessible to divers holding a Full Cave Diver Certification or above.
